The Art of Activism

Four youth activists engage in a panel discussion about the art of activism in 2021 and the impact that civil rights leaders like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and others have on them as they fight for their causes.  Held January 7, 2021, at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum.

Sponsored by the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, the 2021 Martin Luther King Jr. Day Parade is presented in a virtual format but still features speakers and activists and bands!

2021 Martin Luther King Jr. Day Virtual Shoebox Parade

Baltimore City Recreation and Parks hosted a shoe box parade for Martin Luther King Jr. Day with city youths creating and designing their own floats.
